Before booking any of our services, we’d like to get the chance to meet you and your wingman (free of charge) to best understand your needs! Please select the date and time that fits your schedule best, fill out your flight authorization, pull your shoulder straps tight, and get ready for clear skies for you and your wingman!
Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
It is advised to take your wingman on a walk and bathroom break at least half an hour prior to your scheduled appointment. If your appointment is scheduled near your wingman’s mealtime, it is advised to give them a half portion of their regularly scheduled meal or delay the meal until after the training session. (They are going to get plenty of extra treats during training!)
Cancellation policies
Clients will receive a full refund for cancellations more than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Cancellations or no-shows at or within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will result in a $50 late-cancellation fee or forfeiture of that lesson within a package.
Payment policies
Hourly Training: Payment is required prior to start of scheduled lesson.
Training Package: Payment for all lessons within the package is required prior to the start of the first lesson.
